I provide gender and inclusion analysis, advice on GEDSI mainstreaming, and support with programme design, research and evaluation. My approach is feminist, rights-based and participatory, with attention to how gender, disability, age and other inequalities shape people’s experiences and opportunities.
Led research on approaches to measuring adolescent girls’ empowerment, including participatory research, evidence synthesis and field-testing. Outputs included reports, indicator methodology notes and an interactive methods selection tool.
Co-authored a country factsheet examining gender equality, disability and social inclusion in Eswatini.
