I help organisations understand complex social issues and strengthen policies and programmes through research, evaluation, and practical, technical and strategic support and advice.

My practice is feminist, rights-based and participatory. I work with civil society and private-sector organisations, UN agencies and other development partners, bringing more than 25 years of experience across research, policy and programmes.
